Since America occupied it in 2003 until now, Iraq has been mired in problems, and its condition is getting worse, all of which is the result of the political map formulated and imposed by the American occupier. It laid the basic rules of the system and drew the political map of the country, and deceived the Iraqi public that the solution to the problems generated by this system is the ballot boxes. Therefore, it is no surprise that the US envoy to Iraq, Mark Savaya, congratulates the Iraqis on the success of the parliamentary elections, stressing that "the Iraqi people have once again demonstrated their commitment to freedom, the rule of law, and strong state institutions!"
